1. Cancellation within two (2) weeks of the scheduled training will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the contract value.

2. Cancellation within one (1) week of the scheduled training will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the contract value.

3. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled training will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the contract value.

4. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled training or a no-show, Tadreeb Training and Consultancy reserves the right to charge the full contract value as compensation.

5. Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Tadreeb Training and Consultancy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

6. Clients may substitute participants with advance written notice at no additional charge, subject to approval from Tadreeb Training and Consultancy.

7. Tadreeb Training and Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any fees paid.

8. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

9. Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses, due to cancellations or rescheduling of training sessions.

10. This cancellation policy applies to all training programs and services offered by Tadreeb Training and Consultancy unless otherwise stated in the contract or agreement.
