1. The course fee includes documentation, lunch, and refreshments for the duration of the public training program.
2. Hotel accommodation and transportation expenses are not covered by the course fee and are the responsibility of the delegate.
3. Delegates have the option to pay the course fee directly or request an invoice to be sent to their company or sponsor.
4. Payments can be made via credit card or cheque.
5. Full payment of the course fee is required to secure a seat in the training program.

7. A certificate of attendance will be awarded to delegates who successfully complete at least 85% of the course sessions.

11. Tadreeb Training and Consultancy is not liable for any incidental expenses incurred by delegates, such as travel or accommodation costs, in the event of training session cancellation or rescheduling.
12. Delegates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information to receive communications regarding the training program.
13. Tadreeb Training and Consultancy reserves the right to make changes to the course content, schedule, venue, or trainers as necessary.
